Capped Crusaders is lovingly dedicated to the best super hero game EVER. Villains and Vigilantes second edition. Much of this material is an attempt to convert Villains and Vigilantes to the D20/3E/OGL world as well as add to existing D20 SHRPG. Much of this material therefore may resemble material in the Villains and Vigilantes books. I have done this of my own free will with out any permission from Fantasy games Unlimited or Jeff Dee/Jack Herman, nor do I have any intention of making a profit off this stuff. Its just up here because I wanted to add to the D20/3E/OGL super hero community as well as slowly convert Villains and Vigilantes to D20.
